COMMITTEES

The Board work model is based on committees that are responsible for different administrative tasks of The National Association of Hebrew Teachers.

The board of NAHET functions within the committees model. Each committee is responsible for managing a different area of operation within the association operation. The members of the Committees are volunteers and head of the committees are board members.


Current functioning committees are:

The conference committee
Works in collaboration with  the Council of the Hebrew language and The WZO on the content and logistics planning of the annual conference

The regulation committee
Responsible for establishing regulations and for managing the association election.

The site committee
Responsible for managing and updating the association site content

The professional development committee
Responsible for initiating and leading regional seminars and workshops and webinars.

In the near future NAHET will add number of committees, among them:

The marketing committee
Will focus on creating and managing NAHET’s members’ data and membership renewal, develop merchandise line for teachers and manage member recruiting campaigns.

The collaboration committee
Will focus on developing collaborative relationships with higher educational institutes.
